We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team and help us continue providing an exceptional patient experience.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play an important role in both patient care and the overall success of our practice. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive dental hygiene care, including adult and child prophylaxis
• Taking and reviewing dental X-rays as directed
• Performing periodontal charting and assessing patients' periodontal health
• Applying fluoride and other preventive treatments as appropriate
• Educating patients on proper brushing, flossing, and overall oral hygiene
• Reviewing treatment needs and communicating findings to the dentist
• Helping patients understand their recommended treatment and the importance of maintaining their oral health
• Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records and clinical documentation
• Following all infection-control, OSHA, and office safety protocols
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and properly stocked hygiene operatory
• Building strong relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable and cared for
• Working closely with the doctors and dental team to provide coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Recommending and educating patients on appropriate preventive products and home-care techniques
• Helping maintain a productive hygiene schedule and supporting the team when needed

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $45.00–$48.00 per hour, depending on experience

Who You Are

• Licensed and qualified to practice as a Dental Hygienist in Utah

• Calm and confident when working with patients who may experience dental anxiety

Previous dental hygiene experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to patient care.
