Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Tuesdays

Practice: Cizek Dentistry

Location: Ventura, CA

Schedule: Tuesdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)

Compensation: $60.00 per hour

The Opportunity & Schedule

We are seeking a skilled, personable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on Tuesdays.

Our hygiene patients are scheduled on the hour (typically 8 patients/day) to ensure you have the time needed to deliver exceptional clinical care, build genuine rapport, and complete your records without feeling rushed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Comprehensive oral hygiene appointments, reviewing medical and dental histories.
• Take necessary check-up radiographs.
• Perform periodontal evaluations, charting, adult/child prophylaxes, and scaling and root planing (SRP) as indicated.
• Deliver tailored oral health education and preventive recommendations.
• Complete accurate clinical chart notes (we use Eaglesoft).
• Maintain strict infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and up-to-date California Infection Control and Dental Practice Act credentials.
• Excellent clinical technique and chairside manner with patients of all ages.
• Punctual, collaborative, and communicative team player.
