What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering comprehensive, comfortable hygiene care — scaling, root planing, polishing, and preventive treatments patients actually notice
• Performing accurate periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, and vitals that give our doctors what they need for confident diagnosis and treatment planning
• Taking and processing radiographs, applying fluoride and sealants, and administering local anesthetic/nitrous oxide (where permitted)
• Educating patients in a way that builds trust and drives real case acceptance — not just handing over a pamphlet
• Keeping your schedule on time and productive, because patients deserve a visit that respects their time too
• Playing a direct role in patient retention and reactivation — your relationships keep people coming back

What You Bring

• An active RDH license and current CPR certification
• Valid radiology certification
• A commitment to ongoing continuing education
• Strong communication skills and the emotional intelligence to connect with every kind of patient
• Solid time management and a team-first, adaptable mindset
