We're a modern, patient-centered dental practice seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist for a fixed, reliable schedule:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 7:45 AM–5:15 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break each day
• About 25.5 hours of clinical time per week
• We prioritize quality care over volume and give our hygienists the time they need to practice at a high level.

Pay & Sign-On Bonus

• $54–$60/hr — competitive with the local market for part-time hygienist roles
• $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments: $2,500 at hire and $2,500 after 6 months
• At ~25.5 hours/week, hourly pay alone works out to roughly $68,850–$76,500 annualized (based on a typical 50-week work year); including the sign-on bonus, total first-year compensation is approximately $73,850–$81,500.
