Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Southbridge Dentistry is looking for a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team!

We are a busy, established private practice with a loyal patient base and a team that genuinely works together. We value communication, teamwork, and creating a positive experience — not only for our patients, but for the people we work alongside every day.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, educating them about their oral health, and being part of a team where everyone is willing to jump in and help when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Provide thorough preventive and periodontal care
• Perform periodontal charting and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Take diagnostic radiographs as needed
• Review and update patient medical histories
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and treatment recommendations
• Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to provide excellent patient care
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
• Help keep the clinical day running smoothly and efficiently
• Create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient

What We’re Looking For

• Active Colorado RDH license
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Friendly, positive, and dependable
• Team-oriented and willing to help where needed
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced practice
• Dentrix experience is a plus, but not required
