We’re a modern, independently owned private dental practice in the heart of Downtown Boston - not a DSO or corporate chain.

We’re looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist who shares these values and takes pride in their work. Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a recent graduate, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Love About Working Here:

• Four-day workweek: Tuesday through Friday, approximately 8 AM-5 PM. No evenings or weekends.
• Independent private practice: Work directly with the owner-dentist, without corporate management or production-driven pressure.
• Modern technology: Fully digital practice featuring AI-assisted radiographic analysis, iTero Lumina, digital imaging, and cloud-based practice management software.
• Comprehensive approach: Exposure to a wide range of clinical procedures, including advanced periodontal therapy, gum grafting, periodontal laser treatment, therapeutic Botox, and other specialized dental treatments.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $55.00-$65.00 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do:

• Provide preventive care, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance.
• Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and charting.
• Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Administer local anesthesia as needed.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Massachusetts Dental Hygienist license
• Local anesthesia certification
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
