Registered Dental Hygienist

Bridge Street Dental —Brighton, CO | $60–$70/hr | $70–$80/hr for evenings & Saturdays | $2,500 sign-on bonus

Overview

Bridge Street Dental is a growing, doctor-owned private practice in Brighton looking for an additional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

We are looking for someone who wants great compensation without sacrificing work-life balance. Our hygienists are supported, our appointment times are respected, and our hygienists are able to focus on providing excellent patient care.

Compensation

• $60–$70/hour guaranteed base depending on experience
• $70-$80/hour for evenings (after 5pm) and Saturdays
• $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Paid working interview

Schedule

• Monday/Thursday: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Tuesday/Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Fridays: Off
• Saturday: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. (1–2 Saturdays a month)

Additional evening or Saturday shifts may be available if you want extra hours.

Your role on our hygiene team

Our hygienists receive clinical support through assisted hygiene, including a dedicated assistant during staggered shifts to help with x-rays, charting, room turnover, and scheduling and workflow.

Adult preventive appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes, and we want our hygienists to have the time and resources needed to provide quality care.

You will also work with

• Cavitron ultrasonic scalers
• Dexis digital sensors and scanners
• Fully paperless Dentrix Ascend charting
• A doctor who supports appropriate Periodontal diagnosing and treatment

• Active Colorado RDH license or eligibility for Colorado licensure
• Local anesthesia certification
• Strong patient communication skills
