Job Overview
$5000 sign on Bonus. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our patients while promoting optimal oral health. As a Dental Hygienist, you will work closely with the dental team to deliver comprehensive hygiene services and educate patients on maintaining their dental health.

Duties

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
• Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride treatments.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatments and observations.
• Assist in the development of individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with dentists to provide comprehensive care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
• Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Skills

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

• Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health.
• Experience in general dentistry practices, including pediatric dentistry.
• Familiarity with Dentrix software for managing patient records.
• Ability to apply aseptic techniques effectively.
• Competence in assisting during various dental procedures.
• Understanding of medical coding related to dental services.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
