Position Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered dental practice in Manchester, NH. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering preventive dental care, patient education, and clinical support in a welcoming and fast-paced environment. Open to 4 or 5 days a week, seeking full-time hygienists.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleanings, scaling, and polishing
• Conduct patient assessments, reviewing medical histories and vital signs
• Take and process dental X-rays and other diagnostic imaging
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
• Assist with chairside procedures when needed using four-handed dentistry techniques
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems
• Adhere to infection control, sterilization, and HIPAA compliance standards
• Contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused clinical environment

• $50–$60 per hour, based on experience

• Active Dental Hygienist license (NH) in good standing
• Ability to work on-site
• Experience performing preventive dental procedures independently

• Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Experience with pediatric patients is a plus
