Registered Dental Hygienist

Join a dental team where doing the right thing matters.

We are looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established private practice in Winter Park, FL. We aren't simply looking for someone to fill a schedule. We're looking for the right person to become part of our team for the long term.

Our practice has deep roots in the Winter Park community and many of our patients have trusted us with their smiles for years, even generations. Because of that, relationships matter to us. We believe in doing the right thing, treating people the way we would want to be treated and providing our patients with care we can genuinely stand behind.

Our ideal hygienist is someone who:

• Always does the right thing for the patient, the team and the practice, even when no one is watching.
• Is genuinely passionate about serving patients and building lasting relationships.
• Takes pride in providing thorough, high-quality clinical care.
• Is confident educating patients and helping them understand the connection between their oral health and overall health.
• Is dependable, punctual, organized, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
• Works well as part of a team and is willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
• Communicates openly, respectfully, and professionally with patients and coworkers.
• Has a positive attitude and understands that the way we treat one another directly impacts the patient experience.
• Has strong roots in Central Florida or a genuine desire to establish them here and is looking for a practice where they can build a long-term career.

Our days can be busy, and we like it that way! We value people who can keep up with a fast-paced schedule while still making every patient feel seen, heard, and cared for. We want someone who will become a familiar and trusted face to our patients—not someone who is simply passing through. If you're the kind of person who thinks, “What can I do to make this better?” rather than “That's not my job,” you may be exactly who we're looking for.

What We Value:

Integrity. Patient care. Teamwork. Accountability. Growth. Community.

We believe in doing the right thing, treating people how we want to be treated, and creating an environment where both our patients and our team feel valued.

Why Join Us?

You'll have the opportunity to join an established private practice with deep community roots, loyal patients, and a team that cares about doing excellent work. If you're a compassionate, dependable, clinically minded hygienist who takes pride in doing the right thing and is looking for a place where you can put down roots and grow for years to come, we'd love to meet you.
