and we’re looking for our next rockstar hygienist to help us keep those smiles coming.

About the Role

We need a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist who brings serious clinical skill and an

even better chairside vibe. You’ll team up with our dentist and clinical crew in a practice

where hygiene isn’t an afterthought — it’s our engine. Gentle hands, sharp eyes, and a

great bedside manner are your superpowers here.

What You’ll Be Doing

-Delivering top-notch cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive care that

patients actually look forward to

-Capturing and reviewing digital X-rays like a pro

- Running thorough oral health screenings and keeping charting sharp and

accurate

- Coaching patients on oral hygiene in a way that actually sticks

- Applying fluoride treatments, and other preventive magic

- Teaming up with the dentist on treatment planning and patient care

- Keeping sterilization and infection control on point, every single time

- Helping keep our already-packed schedule flowing smoothly so chair time never

goes to waste

- Logging treatment notes and patient records without breaking a sweat

What You Bring to the Table

- An active Hawaii RDH license (or on track for licensure/reciprocity) in good

standing

- Current CPR/BLS certification

- 1–2 years of clinical experience is a plus — but confident, well-trained new

grads, we want to hear from you too!

- Strong periodontal assessment, scaling, and root planing chops

- Comfort with digital charting and dental practice management software

- The kind of communication skills that make nervous patients — and nervous

keiki — feel instantly at ease

- A detail-obsessed, reliable, go-with-the-flow attitude that thrives in a busy, well-

loved practice

- Ready to show up full-time, in person, and bring the “niko niko” energy
