Grand Lake Family Dentistry is growing, and we're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our privately owned dental practice.

A Career Path That Rewards Growth

Our hygienists have a 5-level compensation path ranging from $38–$48/hour.

Advancement is based on clinical skills, patient care, teamwork, professionalism, experience, and consistent performance.

In addition to hourly compensation, our hygienists have the opportunity to earn a daily bonus based on production above their individualized daily goal.

What We're Looking For

The right candidate will be reliable, compassionate, motivated, and committed to providing excellent patient care. We're looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys educating patients, works well as part of a team, and wants to grow with our practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Assess and document periodontal conditions
• Take dental radiographs
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Maintain accurate clinical records
• Follow appropriate sterilization and infection-control protocols
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
• Work collaboratively with our doctors and dental team

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Dental Hygienist license
• Current radiology certification
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
