Registered Dental Hygienist

Villanova Dental Group is looking for an experienced, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team!

We are a comprehensive dental practice providing high-quality general dentistry with a strong focus on dental implants, clear aligners, veneers, and cosmetic dentistry. We combine advanced treatment options with personalized, honest care to help our patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

What We're Looking For:

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of dental hygiene experience and is confident in their clinical skills, patient education, and communication.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

● Perform comprehensive hygiene care, including prophylaxis and periodontal

maintenance

● Complete periodontal charting and assessments

● Take digital radiographs as needed

● Educate patients on oral health, home care, and preventive dentistry

● Identify areas of concern and communicate findings clearly with the doctor

● Build strong relationships with patients and help them feel comfortable and confident in

their care

● Maintain proper infection control and sterilization standards

● Help maintain an efficient schedule while never compromising the quality of patient care

Schedule

Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

27 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting at $50/hour + bonus opportunities
