Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and periodontal hygiene procedures
• Educate patients on oral health and systemic connections
• Co-diagnose and collaborate with doctor on treatment
• Utilize laser therapy for periodontal care
• Build trust and long-term relationships with patients

Qualifications

• Active California RDH license
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Laser certification required
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
