Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our reputable dental practice. Duties

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to prevent oral disease.
• Assess patient oral health through clinical examinations
• Take digital X-rays, ensuring proper technique and patient safety.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.
• Review and update medical records accurately in EMR systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Support infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure a sterile environment.
• Collaborate with dentists to review documentation, treatment plans, and medical coding for billing accuracy.

Requirements

• Valid Maryland state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
• Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations and staff.

Pay: $65.00 - $68.00 per hour
