We're looking for an exceptional hygienist to join our team at Downtown Dental.

We're a small, privately owned practice in Lakeville with a close-knit team, great patients, and a vision for building a dental office we're genuinely proud of.

We care a lot about what we do—but we also care a lot about who we do it with.

Our goal isn't to see as many patients as possible. It's to provide excellent, comprehensive care, build long-term relationships with our patients, and create an office where talented people enjoy coming to work and have the opportunity to grow.

Hygiene is an important part of our practice

We don't view our hygienists as "the people who clean teeth."

Our hygienists are clinicians and an important part of our patients' care. You'll work closely with the doctor to evaluate periodontal health, identify changes in the dentition, take photographs, educate patients, and help patients understand the bigger picture of their oral health.

Our approach goes beyond caries and periodontal disease. We routinely evaluate and discuss things like occlusion, wear, erosion, airway/sleep concerns, and the underlying causes of dental breakdown.

You don't need to walk in already knowing everything we do. We're happy to teach, mentor, and invest in someone who is curious and wants to grow.

Compensation & Benefits

• $55–$70/hour, depending on experience and fit

You must be a licensed Minnesota Dental Hygienist, but we're open to both experienced hygienists and exceptional newer graduates.
