Registered Dental Hygienist

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Full-Time or Part-Time | $55–$65 per Hour
Desert Hills Dental is a modern, well-established private practice looking for a caring and dependable Registered Dental Hygienist. Several of our team members have been with us for many years because we have worked hard to create a positive, supportive environment for our patients, doctors, and team.
We believe hygienists should have the time, equipment, autonomy, and support needed to provide excellent care—so here are the details:

• Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• No Fridays or weekends
• Full-time or part-time opportunities (Especially, Wed & Thurs)
• Preferred part-time days are Wednesday and Thursday, but we welcome you to share your availability
• $55–$65 per hour, based on experience
• Single-column hygiene with no double booking
• 60-minute adult prophy appointments
• 90-minute new-patient appointments
• 60-minute SRP appointments
• 30-minute child prophy appointments
• Reasonable control over your schedule and clinical decisions
• Shared infection-control responsibilities and team support
• No dedicated hygiene assistant
• Our hygiene rooms feature Cavitron, intraoral cameras, Oraqix, Arestin, dedicated digital sensors, wall-mounted X-ray units, and dental laser availability if desired. Our front-delivery operatories accommodate both right- and left-handed hygienists. Instruments are regularly sharpened, maintained, and replaced when needed. We use Open Dental.Full-time benefits include paid time off and a 401(k) with employer matching.Applicants must have a current Nevada RDH license and CPR certification.
