Crown Dental Care is looking for an experienced, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team!

We are a busy, modern dental practice focused on providing high-quality, comprehensive care and exceptional patient experiences. We're looking for a hygienist who is clinically strong, confident in patient education and periodontal care, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Schedule

Our clinical day begins at 7:00 AM, with team members arriving at 6:30 AM for morning preparation and huddle.

Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM–2:00 PM

Full-time and part-time schedules are available.

What You'll Do

As a Dental Hygienist at Crown Dental Care, you'll play an important role in both our patients' oral health and their overall experience in our practice.

• Perform comprehensive hygiene assessments and periodontal charting
• Provide prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and other appropriate hygiene services
• Administer local anesthesia as indicated
• Take diagnostic dental radiographs
• Educate patients about periodontal health, home care, and recommended treatment
• Identify and communicate clinical findings and treatment needs
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with our dentists and clinical team to provide comprehensive patient care
• Help create a comfortable, positive experience that builds long-term patient relationships

What We're Looking For

• Active Maryland Dental Hygienist License
• Current Maryland certification to administer local anesthesia
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical and periodontal skills
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Warm and confident chairside manner
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience
