Registered Dental Hygienist

Bloom Dental is looking for a caring and dependable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are a privately owned and growing dental group that offers the personal feel of a smaller company with the benefits and opportunities you would expect from a larger organization.

We are looking for a hygienist who enjoys building relationships with patients, providing excellent care, and working alongside a supportive team. You will have an important voice in the patient experience and play a key role in helping our patients improve their overall health.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing routine preventive care and periodontal therapy
• Completing periodontal charting and assessments
• Taking digital X-rays
• Educating patients on oral health and recommended care
• Reviewing findings and concerns with the doctor
• Maintaining complete and accurate patient records
• Helping patients understand the importance of returning for recommended care
• Working closely with the doctor, assistants, and front office team
• Creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient
• Supporting the team wherever needed throughout the day

You May Be a Great Fit If You

• Hold an active Indiana Dental Hygiene license
• Are comfortable treating patients of all ages
• Have experience providing periodontal therapy
• Communicate well and make patients feel at ease
• Are dependable, organized, and able to stay on schedule
• Enjoy educating patients without making them feel pressured
• Work well with doctors and other team members
• Have experience with dental software and digital technology
• Are certified to administer local anesthesia, preferred
