Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, taking x-rays, and applying fluoride treatments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized recommendations for dental care
- Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and taking vital signs
- Assist the dentist during procedures, such as preparing materials and instruments
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation using dental office software (e.g., Epic)
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment

Experience:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a dental hygienist
- Proficient in dental assisting techniques, including chairside assistance and instrument sterilization
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Knowledge of dental office systems and procedures

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and explain treatment plans
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to infection control protocols
- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with dentists, assistants, and other staff members
- Proficiency in using dental office software (e.g., Epic) for scheduling appointments and managing patient records
