Northern Virginia Periodontics is seeking an experienced, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our specialty practice. We are a well-established, fee-for-service periodontal practice with locations in Falls Church and Old Town Alexandria.

We are looking for a hygienist who takes pride in providing exceptional clinical care while building strong, lasting relationships with patients. Our ideal candidate is confident, dependable, personable, and enjoys working as part of a high-performing team.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold an active Virginia Dental Hygienist license
• Provide gentle, thorough, patient-centered care
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be dependable, punctual, and organized
• Manage their schedule effectively while maintaining a high standard of care
• Be comfortable treating periodontal patients and working within a specialty environment
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Work collaboratively with doctors, assistants, and the administrative team
• Be receptive to feedback, continuing education, and learning new technologies and techniques
