Mint Condition Dental is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, energetic Dental Assistant to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Assist doctors with a variety of dental procedures
• Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and scans
• Prepare and turn over treatment rooms
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control standards
• Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
• Accurately chart treatment and assist with clinical documentation
• Work closely with the clinical and front office teams to keep the day running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Dental assisting experience preferred
• Comfortable taking digital X-rays
• Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable and able to thrive in a busy environment
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Someone who is eager to learn and continue developing their clinical skills

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
