Join our dynamic dental team as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), where your expertise will directly enhance patient care and streamline clinical operations.

Duties

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures including oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry with precision and care.
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and organizing dental instruments following infection prevention management and aseptic techniques.
• Take and develop dental x-rays using advanced medical imaging equipment such as 3D scanners and dental x-ray machines while maintaining clinical confidentiality policies.
• Manage patient records accurately using patient management software using OpenDental
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient comfort before, during, and after treatments to promote optimal care.
• Process dental instruments efficiently to support four-handed dentistry practices that enhance workflow and reduce procedure time.
• Educate patients on oral health care routines, post-treatment instructions, and preventive measures tailored to pediatric and adult patients.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Registered Dental Assistant with current licensing requirements fulfilled.
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Proficiency in dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy knowledge relevant to oral health.
• We are willing to train new dental assistants that show motivation and commitment.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
