We’re a locally owned, fast-growing private practice in Black Diamond looking for an upbeat, motivated Registered Dental Assistant who loves patient care, enjoys staying busy, and wants to keep leveling up clinically.

We’re not a “do the same three procedures all day” kind of office.

With 7 operatories, advanced technology, comprehensive dentistry, Invisalign, implants, surgery, same-day dentistry, and a team that loves to learn, there is always something new happening here.

What You’ll Get to Do

You’ll work alongside our doctors and clinical team across a wide variety of dentistry, including:

• Restorative dentistry
• Crown & bridge
• Same-day crowns
• Implants
• Extractions & surgery
• Root canals
• Invisalign
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Digital scanning
• CBCT
• Digital photography and diagnostics

You’ll also help create the kind of patient experience that makes people actually enjoy coming to the dentist — keeping rooms ready, appointments flowing smoothly, and patients feeling comfortable and cared for.

You don’t have to know everything on Day 1.

You’ll probably love it here if you:

• Have dental assisting education and/or experience
• Are a Registered Dental Assistant in Washington or eligible to become registered
• Have great energy with patients
• Love learning new skills and technology

• Want to be part of a team rather than just clocking in and out
