Dental Assistant (Chairside) – Full-Time | Ross Dental Studio

About the Role: As a full-time chairside Dental Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our patient experience — working directly alongside Dr. Ross and our hygienists to deliver quality care with every visit.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms between patients
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Educate patients on post-treatment care instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support a smooth, efficient patient flow throughout the day

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of dental assisting experience (chairside preferred)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
• X-ray certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
