About the Role

This position is vital to the success of our day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with our doctors and team members to ensure patients feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for from start to finish. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by being part of a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the doctor chairside during a wide range of dental procedures
• Set up and break down operatories while maintaining strict sterilization standards
• Capture and manage digital radiographs accurately
• Provide patients with clear instructions before and after treatment
• Keep detailed and thorough clinical notes
• Work alongside the administrative team to maintain a steady, organized schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly chairside manner
• Strong organizational abilities and reliability
• A team player who maintains a polished and professional presence
• Genuine dedication to patient care
