Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Periodontal & Implant Specialty Practice

Periodontal Associates of Fort Worth is a well-established periodontal and implant specialty practice seeking a dependable and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team.

We welcome both experienced dental assistants and recent graduates who hold a current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. Previous periodontal, implant, or oral surgery experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to provide on-the-job training to the right candidate who is motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Chairside assisting during periodontal, implant, and surgical procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and surgical setups
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection-control standards
• Taking digital X-rays and intraoral photographs
• Assisting the doctor and clinical team throughout patient treatment
• Providing pre- and post-operative instructions
• Helping patients feel comfortable and informed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment

Qualifications:

• Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required
• Current CPR certification required
• Recent graduates who have already obtained their Texas RDA license are welcome to apply
• Periodontal, implant, or oral surgery experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience with Open Dental software is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual skills are highly valued and a significant plus
• Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail
• Professional and compassionate with patients
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willing and eager to learn periodontal and implant procedures
• Must be willing to complete a paid working interview
