Registered Dental Assistant

Fusion Dental Implants is looking for a motivated and dependable Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced, patient-focused dental practice providing general, cosmetic, surgical, and implant dentistry.

We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a high-standard clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors chairside during general, cosmetic, surgical, and implant procedures
• Prepare and break down operatories
• Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA/infection control standards
• Take X-rays, impressions/scans, and assist with patient records
• Support smooth patient flow throughout the day
• Communicate professionally with patients and team members
• Keep clinical areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Follow office systems, clinical protocols, and daily schedule flow

Requirements:

• Active California RDA license
• Current X-ray certification
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting
• General, cosmetic, and surgical dental experience is a plus

Compensation:
$24–$30/hour based on experience.

Schedule:
Full-time schedule available. Final schedule to be discussed during interview.
