Duties

• Coordinate patient care by managing appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up procedures.
• Assist orthodontists during procedures, utilizing advanced techniques and equipment such as 3D scanners.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with clinic protocols.
• Train new staff members on clinical procedures, safety protocols, and patient interaction best practices.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all health regulations and maintain cleanliness in the clinical area.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a dental clinic setting, preferably in general, orthodontics and
• pediatric dentistry.
• Strong knowledge of dental assisting practices, including familiarity with Open Dental software.
• Understanding of anatomy related to orthodontics and proficiency in using 3D scanning technology.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards.
• A background in pediatrics or prosthodontics is a plus but not mandatory.
• Certification as a dental assistant is preferred.
• Bilingual
