Clermont Groves Dental is opening a brand-new dental practice in December 2026, and we’re looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team from the very beginning.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and keep operatories clean and organized
• Take digital X-rays and assist with other clinical imaging
• Set up and break down operatories
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Help keep patients comfortable and informed throughout their visit
• Assist with treatment presentation and patient education
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation
• Support the doctor and team with daily patient flow

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of dental assisting experience required
• EFDA experience or certification is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
• Friendly, dependable and team-oriented
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a new practice

About Clermont Groves Dental

Clermont Groves Dentistry is a brand-new dental practice located in North Davenport, conveniently located on US Highway 27. As one of the newest practices in the Operation Dental family, you’ll have the opportunity to join the team before opening day and help build the practice from the ground up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
