What You’ll Do & Bring

As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will support clinical and operational dental functions while maintaining high standards of patient care, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients by answering questions and helping resolve minor concerns
• Serve as chair-side assistant to the dentist and prepare operatories for procedures
• Expose and process dental radiographs in accordance with regulations
• Maintain and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control standards
• Ensure proper disposal of contaminated materials according to safety regulations
• Monitor and maintain operatory supplies and assist with inventory control
• Support both clinical and administrative functions as needed
• Assist with patient flow, documentation, and completion of records and forms
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members
• Follow all departmental protocols for patient preparation and discharge
• Support quality care by adhering to organizational, clinical, and regulatory standards
• Participate in additional duties aligned with organizational goals and patient care needs

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current radiology certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to patient care
• Professionalism, empathy, and commitment to confidentiality and safety
• Ability to travel between clinic locations and work flexible schedules as needed

Preferred:

• Bilingual in Spanish
