Part-Time | 31 hours per week | $25–$30/hour DOE

At Dr. Edwards Dentistry, we are a private dental practice located near Panorama in Lacey. Our mission is to provide our patients with quality, compassionate dental care while creating a positive, supportive environment for our team.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is caring, dependable, patient-focused, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• 3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to help wherever needed to support the team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
• Experience with OpenDental is a plus, but not required

What You’ll Do

• Provide chairside assistance for a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with maintaining an efficient daily schedule
• Help maintain and order dental supplies
• Work closely with the dentist and team to keep the day running smoothly
• Help create a welcoming and comfortable experience for our patients
• Follow office protocols for infection control, sterilization, and patient safety

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7:45 AM–5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch
• Friday: 7:45 AM–1:00 PM
• 31 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$30/hour, depending on experience
