Dental Assistant Job Opportunity with Innovative Dental of Silicon Valley

Innovative Dental of Silicon Valley is owned and operated by Matthew Bernal, DDS. We are a private practice started and dedicated to providing dental services in a company Wellness Center. We are the exclusive dental provider for employees and only operate in their Wellness Center.

This is a great job opportunity for dental assistants to work with a dynamic team in a state of the art practice. Our practice culture encourages a collaborative approach between dentists, assistants, and hygienists. We are expanding our facility and will be adding assistants to our team in August, 2026.

Recent graduates and newly graduated RDAs are encouraged to apply as well as RDAs with experience and RDA candidates.

Hours are full time Monday through Friday with 6 hour shifts each day (lunch waived). Our hygienists work a mix of morning (8am to 2pm) and afternoon (2pm to 8pm) shifts with set weekly schedules.

Job Summary:
Provide quality dental care by supporting and assisting doctors, hygienists, and other assistants.

Responsibilities
- Chairside four handed assisting
- Take digital dental x-rays
- Sterilization and infection control
- Assist hygienists with periodic charting
- Update and maintain patient dental records

Qualifications
- Knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures
- Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA regulations and aseptic techniques
- RDA license
- Strong grasp of dental terminology and anatomy knowledge

Pay: $34.00 - $39.00 per hour
