Registered Dental Assistant

We're seeking a dedicated full-time Registered Dental Assistant to join San Antonio Orthodontics in Helotes! The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a caring, upbeat environment and is excited about meaningful career development.

Our Dental Assistants play a key role in creating a comfortable, positive experience for every child and family we serve. Daily responsibilities include:

• Providing gentle, thorough patient care
• Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and team members
• Supporting clinic operations such as scheduling, intake paperwork, updating records, and sterilization
• Assisting providers and teammates to ensure a smooth, efficient clinical flow
• Representing our high standards of service through professionalism and empathy

Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Active RDA license
• Current CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Previous experience in Pediatrics is beneficial
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with patients and families
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability, teamwork, and a positive, solution-focused mindset
