We are currently looking for a rock-star Dental Assistant to join our private (non-corporate), contemporary, well established office in Donelson, TN!

Our office has been open since 1951, and for a lot of our patients we are the only dental office they have ever seen. We are looking for someone to join our team with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. As a family practice, we are looking for someone who wants to foster healthy relationships with existing patients. We have a wonderful team dynamic, and it is important for us to find the right fit.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist with current certification to practice
• Proven experience in dental hygiene, preferably within general dentistry or pediatric dentistry settings
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control protocols
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix for documentation review and recordkeeping
• Ability to perform patient care tasks including vital signs measurement and patient assessment with professionalism and compassion
• Excellent communication skills to educate patients effectively about oral health practices
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour - More if E.F.D.A.
