REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT (RDA)

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and professional Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dental team. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office, and able to work well as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
• Current California RDA license
• All required certifications must be current and in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Dental X-ray certification as required
• Infection Control certification
• Dental Practice Act certification
• Knowledge of Open Dental software
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent chairside assisting skills
• Dependable, professional, and punctual
• Ability to multitask and maintain efficient patient flow

Responsibilities:

• Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
• Take diagnostic dental X-rays
• Follow proper sterilization and infection-control protocols
• Review and update patient medical histories
• Enter and maintain accurate information in Open Dental
• Assist with clinical charting and treatment documentation
• Educate patients regarding treatment and post-operative instructions
• Maintain supplies and properly stocked operatories
• Support efficient patient flow throughout the day
• Perform all duties permitted within the scope of a California RDA license

DENTAL ASSISTANT (DA)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, friendly with patients, and comfortable working in a busy dental environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
• All required dental assisting certificates must be current
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Dental X-ray certification as required
• Infection Control certification
• Dental Practice Act certification
• Knowledge of Open Dental software
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Strong chairside assisting skills
• Excellent communication and patient-service skills
• Professional, dependable, and punctual
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist chairside during dental procedures
• Set up and break down treatment rooms
• Prepare instruments and materials for procedures
• Take dental X-rays when appropriately certified
• Properly sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control standards
• Update patient information and medical histories
• Enter accurate clinical information into Open Dental
• Assist with dental charting and treatment documentation
• Provide patients with treatment and post-operative instructions
• Maintain clean and properly stocked operatories
• Help maintain smooth and efficient patient flow
• Perform duties within the legally permitted scope of a Dental Assistant

We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, patient-focused, and willing to be an active part of the dental team.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
