We are looking for a dependable, skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our established private dental practice in Victoria.

Our office provides high-quality comprehensive dentistry with an emphasis on prevention, patient education, modern technology, and excellent patient care. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to become an important, long-term member of our dental team.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal dental assistant is:

Registered with the State of Texas as a Dental Assistant

Friendly, dependable, professional, and organized

Experienced with four-handed chairside assisting

Comfortable taking quality digital radiographs

Comfortable with digital intraoral scanning

Able to fabricate, adjust, and finish temporary/provisional crowns

Detail-oriented and able to anticipate the doctor’s needs

Comfortable learning and using new dental technology

Focused on providing an excellent patient experience

A team player who is willing to help wherever needed

Responsibilities

Chairside assisting for restorative and general dental procedures

Fabricating, adjusting, and polishing temporary/provisional crowns

Digital intraoral scanning

Taking digital radiographs

Clinical and intraoral photography

Operatory setup and turnover

Sterilization and infection-control procedures

Clinical documentation

Maintaining and organizing dental supplies

Helping keep the clinical schedule running efficiently

Educating and communicating with patients throughout their visits

Our practice uses modern dental technology, including digital radiography, intraoral scanning, clinical photography, and AI-assisted diagnostic technology.
