MEDICAL OFFICE MANAGER – FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE PRACTICE NEEDED!

We’re looking for an experienced Medical Office Manager who believes exceptional healthcare goes beyond treating symptoms. This growing functional medicine practice takes a holistic, root-cause approach to care, and we’re looking for a leader who is genuinely excited about that mission.

This role is about much more than managing an office. We need someone who can lead people through change, coach a team with different personalities, create an exceptional patient journey, and bring warmth and hospitality into every part of the practice.

Our fee-for-service, membership-based practice offers innovative wellness services including IV therapy, root-cause testing, peptides, ozone therapy, red light therapy, acupuncture, and advanced diagnostic testing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a growing functional medicine practice
• Coach, develop, motivate, and hold team members accountable
• Successfully lead a team through growth, change, and evolving processes
• Manage different personalities and communication styles while building a collaborative, positive culture
• Create an exceptional patient journey from the first interaction through ongoing care
• Set the standard for warm, highly attentive, hospitality-driven patient service
• Own the practice P&L, budgeting, financial performance, and key performance indicators
• Optimize provider schedules, patient flow, and practice efficiency
• Develop and improve systems, processes, and team workflows
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing employee development
• Drive practice and membership growth while maintaining an exceptional patient experience
• Partner closely with physicians and team members to support the clinical mission and growth of the practice

• Business-minded, with experience managing financial performance, budgets, or a P&L
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership
• Experienced in healthcare or medical practice operations

Experience in functional, integrative, concierge, wellness, aesthetics, or membership-based healthcare is a plus, but genuine alignment with a holistic approach to health and wellness is essential.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Up to $120,000 annually, based on experience
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
