Practice Manager, Pediatric Dentistry | Dunlap Office

Cute Smiles 4 Kids

For years, Cute Smiles 4 Kids has been helping children in our community feel brave, cared for, and proud of their smiles. Now we're looking for a Practice Manager to help lead our Dunlap office into its next chapter.

Why you'll love this role

You'll be the heartbeat of the practice, working side by side with our doctors and leadership to keep things running smoothly, and helping our team feel supported, valued, and set up to do their best work. You'll have real influence over how the office runs, how the team grows, and how families experience us from the moment they walk in. You'll also be a friendly, familiar face for our patients and their parents, greeting them at the door and making sure every visit feels welcoming. If you love people, enjoy building great systems, and want your work to make a difference for kids and parents, this is a place where you can do all three.

What you'll do

Partner with our doctors and field operations team to spot opportunities, solve challenges, and turn ideas into action
Greet patients and families with a warm smile, and tend to their needs along the way, whether that's comforting a nervous little one, answering a parent's question, or making sure everyone feels at home
Lead your team with consistent, practical management routines that help the office thrive and grow
Build and refine clear standard operating procedures so everyone knows what great looks like
Keep communication open and honest so feedback and ideas are always heard and put to good use
Speak up for your team and make sure they have the resources and support they need
Welcome new team members with a thoughtful, well-organized onboarding experience
Coach and train your team on office policies and best practices
Set clear expectations, give regular feedback, and help each team member map out their professional growth
Keep an eye on key measures of success, including patient experience, and use what you learn to make the practice even better
Support the practice's financial health by encouraging organic growth and managing costs wisely
Champion an exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint
Pitch in wherever needed (we're a team, after all)

What you bring

3+ years of operations experience (dental experience is a plus)
A track record of helping a business grow, including increasing production and improving overall performance
Experience leading and developing teams
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to help us communicate with Spanish-speaking patients
Strong leadership and communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping people and practices grow
A warm, welcoming presence that puts kids and parents at ease
A knack for staying organized, setting priorities, and delegating with confidence
Comfort with Microsoft Office and other business software
Experience managing a P&L and a solid grasp of core financial metrics

What we offer

We take care of the people who take care of our patients. Here's how:

Health coverage: Medical, dental, and vision plans
Plan for your future: 401(k) with company match, plus IRA options
Peace of mind: Basic life insurance, voluntary life, and AD&D coverage
Time to recharge: Paid time off
Room to grow: Training and development opportunities to help you build your career

Ready to help us make smiles brighter?

If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you. Apply today and tell us what you'd bring to the Cute Smiles 4 Kids family.
