Ownership

The owner is actively planning for the practice's future and wants a Periodontist who may become an equity partner. Potential equity generally ranges from about 20% to 40%, valued on an EBITDA multiple, so it's a defined framework rather than a vague promise. Timing, percentage and terms depend on mutual fit and the final structure.

What you need

• DDS or DMD and completed specialty training in periodontics
• An Arizona dental license, or the ability to obtain one
• Strong periodontal surgical skills and interest in implants and comprehensive surgical care
• The ability to build and maintain strong referring-doctor relationships
• Experienced periodontists and new graduates are both encouraged to apply
