Walk into a busy children's practice with families already on the schedule. A confidential, 100% dentist-owned group is adding a Pediatric Dentist, or a General Dentist with a strong pediatric focus, to a thriving Reno practice with built-in orthodontics, an experienced support team and room to grow your days.

Graduating residents, new grads who want mentorship and experienced clinicians are all welcome. Relocation assistance is available.

The work

• Comprehensive pediatric dentistry for an established patient base
• Busy schedule from day one in a high-volume, family-focused practice
• Integrated orthodontic program for continuity of care, with specialty support when you need it

The practice

• 100% dentist-owned and dentist-led, with no DSO or private equity oversight
• Clinical autonomy and provider-first leadership

Schedule

• 2 days per week (about 8 days per month)
• 9-hour clinical days
• Room to add days as patient demand grows

What you need

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Pediatric Dentists: residency-trained, board-eligible or board-certified
• General Dentists: significant pediatric experience and a real passion for treating children
• An active Nevada dental license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Excellent communication with children and parents, and a team-first attitude

Compensation

• Pediatric Dentist: 35% of collections (adjusted production) with a $1,500 daily guarantee
• Pediatric-Focused General Dentist: 30% of collections with a $1,000 daily guarantee
• Annualized earnings potential of $288,000–$576,000+, depending on schedule, production and scope
• Relocation assistance available
