Looking for a hygiene position with a great schedule, a supportive team, and a little more fun than traditional adult hygiene?

At Treetop Pediatric Dentistry, our hygienists provide preventive care in a positive, kid-focused environment while helping children and families feel comfortable and confident at the dentist.

We are a busy, privately owned pediatric practice in New Braunfels and recently moved into a beautiful new office designed specifically for pediatric dentistry. As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for another great hygienist to join our team.

Our hygienists enjoy a flexible four-day workweek and have input on the days they work.

Pediatric experience is welcome but not required. If you're a great hygienist who enjoys working with children and families, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed in pediatrics.

What You'll Do

• Provide gentle, high-quality preventive care to infants, children and adolescents
• Perform prophylaxis, radiographs, fluoride and other preventive services within the RDH scope of practice
• Educate children and parents about oral health in a positive, age-appropriate way
• Help nervous or hesitant patients have successful dental experiences
• Build relationships with patients and families
• Collaborate closely with our pediatric dentists and clinical team
• Help maintain smooth, efficient patient flow in a busy pediatric practice

Who We're Looking For

• Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Friendly, dependable and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with both children and parents
• Efficient while maintaining excellent patient care
• Positive and adaptable in a busy clinical environment

Pediatric experience is a plus, but it isn't required.

Experienced hygienists and newer graduates who genuinely enjoy working with children are encouraged to apply.
