Marshfield Pediatric Dentistry is a privately owned, board-certified, pediatric dental practice. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ oral health and provide preventive hygiene care, including prophylaxis and scaling as indicated
• Take appropriate radiographs and accurately document clinical findings
• Apply fluoride and place dental sealants as prescribed
• Provide age-appropriate oral hygiene education to patients and families
• Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to maintain efficient patient flow
• Assist with recall scheduling, follow-up care, and overall hygiene workflow
• Maintain appropriate infection control and operatory standards

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Pediatric dental experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with children and families in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Dependable, professional, and committed to providing a positive patient experience
