We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our team. This is an opportunity to do more than assist with dental procedures—you’ll help create positive experiences that can shape how children feel about going to the dentist for years to come.

What You’ll Do

As a Pediatric Dental Assistant, you’ll work closely with our dentist and team to provide excellent care for our young patients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the dentist during exams, cleanings, and dental procedures.
• Welcoming and comforting children throughout their visit.
• Helping patients and parents understand treatment and oral health recommendations.
• Preparing treatment rooms and dental instruments.
• Maintaining proper sterilization and infection control procedures.
• Taking an active role in creating a positive patient experience.
• Keeping treatment areas organized, clean, and fully stocked.
• Working collaboratively with the entire dental team.
• Helping our fast-paced office run smoothly and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Washington State.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work comfortably and positively with children and their families.
• Ability to stay calm, patient, and professional in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Previous dental assisting experience.
• Pediatric dental experience.
• Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and infection control.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
