Genesis Dental is a private, doctor-owned dental practice in Cary looking for a warm, responsible, highly organized Patient Care Coordinator who wants to become an important part of our team and grow into an Assistant Manager role.

We are a small, close-knit practice where patient relationships, teamwork, and doing things the right way matter.

What You'll Do

You will be an important part of the patient's experience from their first phone call through treatment completion.

• Welcome patients warmly and create a comfortable, positive experience
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, treatment appointments, and follow-up
• Coordinate treatment plans and communicate clearly with patients
• Explain treatment costs, insurance benefits, and payment options
• Help patients understand their treatment and feel confident moving forward
• Communicate closely with the doctor and the clinical team
• Handle dental insurance, claims, and financial coordination
• Keep the front office organized and running efficiently
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with our patients
• Help identify opportunities to improve our systems and patient experience

Experience

Dental front-office experience is required, particularly experience with:

• Treatment coordination
• Dental insurance
• Scheduling
• Financial discussions
• Dental software / practice management systems

Position: Patient Care Coordinator / Assistant Manager
Location: Cary, NC
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
Experience: Dental front-office experience strongly preferred
