Patient Care Coordinator

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients with a warm smile
• Answer phones and schedule patients efficiently
• Coordinate treatment and recall appointments
• Verify insurance and assist with treatment plan creation
• Communicate clearly and confidently with patients regarding treatment and scheduling
• Maintain an organized and efficient front office
• Work closely with Dr. Gregory and the clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience

What We're Looking For

• Dental front office experience is required
• Experience with Dentrix is preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently
• Dependable, coachable, and a true team player
• Willingness to take on tasks, when needed, that may be outside normal duties
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating a first-class patient experience
