True Hue Orthodontics is a growing boutique, airway-focused practice seeking a dependable, enthusiastic Clinical Assistant who enjoys working with children, teens, and families.

*This position is for 2-3 days per week, with future opportunities for growth*

What You’ll Do

• Assist during orthodontic appointments and perform clinical procedures as permitted by your credentials (e.g. adjustments, bandings, appliance deliveries, aligner deliveries, etc.)
• Take digital x-rays, photographs, iTero scans, and impressions
• Educate patients and families about oral hygiene, appliances, and treatment
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain infection control standards
• Support smooth patient flow and help keep the office organized
• Help patients feel comfortable, confident, and well-cared for

What We’re Looking For

• Orthodontic assisting experience preferred (but open to training the right person)
• Required Tennessee dental assisting credentials and CPR certification
• X-ray certification, iTero experience, and orthodontic software familiarity are a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• A dependable teammate who takes initiative and enjoys learning
