Part-Time Dental Hygienist – Westport, MA

We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice in Westport, Massachusetts

Looking for a Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team!

This position is 2 days per week, with flexibility on which days you work.

Our office is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

No nights, Fridays, or weekends!

We believe in providing quality care without rushing our patients or our hygienists. Our hygiene schedule allows one-hour appointments, giving you the time you need to provide thorough care, educate patients, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Massachusetts Dental Hygienist license
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers or CPR/AED certification
• Local Anesthesia Permit (Permit L), (preferred)
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing routine preventive dental hygiene care
• Performing periodontal assessments and periodontal therapy within the dental hygienist scope of practice
• Taking necessary dental radiographs
• Educating patients on oral health and home care
• Accurately documenting treatment and clinical findings
• Working collaboratively with our doctors and dental team to provide an excellent patient experience

Pay: $47.36 - $49.09 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 per week
