Associate Dentist – Tuesdays & Thursdays

seeking a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our growing practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

This position is ideal for a dentist looking for a consistent part-time schedule with a primarily hygiene-focused patient load and opportunities to provide straightforward restorative treatment.

Schedule

• Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Approximately 6-7 hours of patient care per day
• Consistent part-time schedule

Compensation

• $650 daily guarantee, OR
• 30–33% of collections, whichever is higher
• Percentage of collections will be based on experience and qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active and unrestricted Virginia dental license
• Current professional liability/malpractice coverage
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Comfortable working with hygiene patients and performing routine restorative dentistry
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Both experienced and qualified newer dentists are welcome to apply
