Associate Dentist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role requires a strong commitment to patient assessment, treatment planning, and maintaining the highest standards of infection control and medical documentation. This role is only available for Mondays & Fridays, Mondays 8am-5pm, Fridays 8am-1pm.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine oral health needs.
• Perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other endodontic procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.
• Implement infection control protocols in accordance with best practices.
• Utilize aseptic techniques during all procedures to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and other staff to provide exceptional patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.

Experience

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, and medical terminology.
• Familiarity with medical records systems and documentation practices.
• Strong understanding of infection control measures and aseptic techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and comfort.

Pay Structure:

• Pay structure will be determined once we've passed through the hiring process. You will be paid a daily minimum and if surpassing a daily goal, will be paid on a percentage basis.
